There were (and still are) over 1000 spam links and rooting them out one link at a time is time consuming, but nonetheless, it is not an excuse for not keeping up with the genuine submissions. Many of our paid customers had to be refunded; in fact we were not aware of the extent to which this problem had consumed us. Our sincere apologies.
